If the product was damaged in shipping, the customer is responsible to file a claim with the shipment carrier. Gaging & Software Technologies requires a copy of the paperwork filed with the shipping company stating the damages.
In order to return a product that was incorrectly ordered, it must be in perfect, same-as-new condition with the original cases and manufacturer's boxes.
Most manufacturers charge us a 25% restocking charge, which we unfortunately have to charge the customer. If the product is in all of its original packaging and is unopened, often times we are able to get the restocking charge reduced, or even waived if an offsetting order is placed.
