Just like the GagePort, these gage interface boxes interface with Mitutoyo and Mitutoyo compatible gages like Mahr Federal, CDI, Starrett, Fowler& These plug and play boxes are easy to set up and dont require any special software configuration. Another advantage over the GagePort, each port of the GageMux has a footswitch input so you can trigger a data send from a footswitch if your gage or SPC cable does not have a data send button. Also, no serial port is necessary! These gage interface boxes send data through the PC's USB port. Included with each box is an AC Adapter and USB cable. |
